The company's testing personnel are loyal to their duties and ensure the honesty of their testing behavior. Do not engage in activities directly related to the tested product, and consciously resist inappropriate interest relationships related to testing activities, data, and results. 7. The company continuously identifies risks that affect fairness, conducts risk analysis, and implements corresponding management. 8. The company prohibits personnel from engaging in testing activities at two or more testing institutions simultaneously. 9. The company conscientiously implements the testing fee standards, achieves standardization and reasonableness, and ensures the standardization of testing services. 10. The company promptly accepts, investigates, and objectively analyzes customer appeals and complaints, and provides clear responses within 5 days to ensure customer satisfaction with the testing work. 11.
