1. Zhejiang Hengxiang Testing Technology Service Co., Ltd., as a third-party testing institution specializing in the testing of textiles, clothing, leather, footwear, toys and other products, hereby declares the following to ensure the fairness of its testing:
2. The company is a testing institution with independent legal personality, conducting various testing services within the prescribed scope of testing capabilities. The testing work is not subject to any intervention from administrative agencies or external factors, ensuring the fairness of testing behavior.

The company strictly adheres to the CNAS-CL01:2018 "Criteria for Accreditation of Testing and Calibration Laboratory Competence" and related supplementary requirements, and strictly complies with national laws, regulations, and the provisions of qualification accreditation institutions such as the "Criteria for Qualification Accreditation of Inspection and Testing Institutions". Based on the current effective and suitable testing standards, methods, and specifications, advanced testing equipment is selected to ensure the scientific and effective testing methods.
4. The company is responsible for the correctness of the testing report issued, which is accurate and reliable, without any data or conclusive errors. Any other errors should be minimized, and no false evidence should be given to ensure the accuracy of the testing data.
5. The company treats all customers equally in testing services, ensuring timely completion of testing tasks. In case of special circumstances, both parties shall negotiate and determine to ensure the timeliness of testing work.
6. The company's testing personnel are loyal to their duties and ensure the honesty of their testing behavior. Do not engage in activities directly related to the tested product, and consciously resist inappropriate interest relationships related to testing activities, data, and results.
7. The company continuously identifies risks that affect fairness, conducts risk analysis, and implements corresponding management.
8. The company prohibits personnel from engaging in testing activities at two or more testing institutions simultaneously.
9. The company conscientiously implements the testing fee standards, achieves standardization and reasonableness, and ensures the standardization of testing services.
10. The company promptly accepts, investigates, and objectively analyzes customer appeals and complaints, and provides clear responses within 5 days to ensure customer satisfaction with the testing work.
11. The above statement is hereby submitted for inspection and supervision by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment Laboratories, market supervision and management departments, and customers from all parties.
